We had excellent service from Stephen. He was very convenient and understanding. The only issue was the ordering of the part. It was supposed to be shipped overnight Friday to Saturday, but it did not arrive until Monday.

Found the unit would not come on. I tightened all the electrical and reset the system. The system is not running fine so I have to assume this was it. Checked all the cooling operations.
